Refund policy

RESERVATION OR REFUSAL UPON DELIVERY

Any reservation made by the Buyer at the time of receiving the products related to damages to the products or packaging, or quantitative differences, must be communicated to the Seller within the first working day following the delivery. The weight measured by the Seller at the shipping points prevails unless there is a clear error. If the Buyer does not accept the goods in accordance with the delivery terms specified by the Seller, the products may, at the Seller's sole discretion, be transported and stored at the Buyer's expense and responsibility in other locations identified by the Seller, who hereby disclaims any responsibility in this regard. This provision does not alter the payment obligations of the Buyer and does not constitute any novation of the sale.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

  1. Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of D.Lgs 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
  2. The consumer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises negotiated contract. This regulation grants the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contract proposals, allowing them to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the incurred expenses. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, which have been opened after delivery. The right of withdrawal may apply to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only for part of the purchased product.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to info@alessiafashion.com within the specified time frame.
  4. In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return, at their own expense, the products to ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, to the following address VIA AVELLINO, 11 TORINO.
  5. The products must be returned intact, complete with all parts and in the original packaging (bags, boxes, and packaging), possibly used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, in accordance with normal diligence.
  6. The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the products, or:
    - In the absence of the original packaging;
    - In the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, complements, etc.);
  7. This decrease will be quantified at the time of the return of the product and can range from a minimum of 5% to a maximum of 25% of the value at which the good was purchased by the Customer.
  8. For withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, labels, tags, seals, etc.);
  9. If a product has a security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  10. In any case, the Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL finds that:
    - The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
    - The product is missing its external packaging and/or original internal packaging;
    - The product is missing integral elements of the same and/or accessories.
  11. ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or related to the shipment for the return.
  12. The right of withdrawal is exclusively reserved for consumers (individuals who purchase goods not for purposes related to their own professional, commercial, or entrepreneurial activity), and therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities and individuals acting for purposes related to their potentially carried-out professional activity.
  13. The costs of returning the product (and any customs fees, if applicable) are the responsibility of the Customer.
  14. Shipping, until the certificate of receipt by ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
  15. ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs under art. 56, paragraph 2, of d.lgs. n. 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of said refund except for shipping costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) for the return of the goods, which will remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
  16. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for such products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL to the payer.
  17. However, ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods whose shipment has been organized and carried out by the Customer or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
  18. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging them for the shipping costs, and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
