SHIPPING

  1. ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL will make every effort to deliver the products via courier to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order within a maximum of 10 days from the date the Customer receives the order confirmation email.
  2. ALESSIA FASHION GROUP SRL reserves the right to accept or reject requests outside of Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside of Italian borders, shipping costs will be calculated separately, and delivery times may be longer.
  3. Regarding deliveries requested to countries outside the European Union, any customs import duties will be borne by the recipient. Therefore, the Customer is advised to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
  4. The indicated delivery times should be considered purely indicative, and a delay in delivery or any subsequent partial deliveries do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnification.
  5. Any strikes by couriers are beyond our control and responsibility.
  6. Notwithstanding the above, the execution of the purchase order will take place through the delivery of the products within thirty (30) days from the date of the contract's conclusion, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. Unless excluded by the sales conditions or within specified limits, the Customer will have the option to provide a delivery address different from their residence or domicile.
